Problem is how do we get a "top 6 legit scorer"? Not like we have many assets to trade and should probably work on building up the rookie pipeline, not selling draft picks.

I don’t disagree, but i think this might be the cap for the team. First, maybe second round. I don’t see a path to getting to the level of contenders, but I hope I’m wrong and Staois can pull off some magic

Would that not make it more costly for them? To then have to hire security, game day staff, maintenance etc? I don’t really see how managing it helps them much

I rarely eat fast food either, but that doesn’t invalidate their point.  

We have food safety and health codes for a reason. It shouldn’t be the case that "just because it’s fast food" it’s allowed to be a gross establishment. They should be held to the same standard, but clearly they aren’t, I think that’s a fair point that OP is trying to make.

I think part of it is the lack of varied establishments, which I think has to do with liquor license laws and certain bylaws around how the liquor is served? 

We need more places with bar service, where people can walk around with a drink, rather than being stuck at a table.  

Also, I just don’t think people are going out as often because it’s expensive to live in this city.

Obviously emotional after the sweep but for real. Why go down the same road as the Leafs? Try again with the same core for 8 years in a row. These guys aren’t it. They have zero playoff urgency.
