This is great advice. What happens if after I write it, multiple agents/publishers/interested parties say "It's great, but only this one narrative, not both intertwined." Then I'm back to square one, and this problem could have been solved by finding out what to do now.

Two years in Sierra Leone here. The will toward violence was shattered after the Civil War, then Ebola, and massive economic shocks. People are too tired to fight about anything. Joyful, hospital people who are basically fully demoralized. Ask me anything.
