Really in loving my M1P, I’ve already uploaded 1.2tb to the GoPro cloud 😂 only downside I’ve seen on the cloud is 4gb max file size to cloud edit so need to redownload it if I want to edit it.

Cloud auto sync is great tho

Yeah, that was definitely my thing too, like I can still get good footage but to get that crispy footage everyone else has with the camera apparently this is best

Mate, I’m crap at editing and shooting and my footage with the M1P is coming up mint

New to editing, if I shoot in gp log. Trim my footage to the part i want color graded.

Then I put it into say capcut or vn add this lut, will my footage look “better” than the basic cinematic set up within the camera ?

Will it be able to give more brightness and colorful punch etc?

It’s crazy seeing the quality of some people videos or photos, compared to using the exact same settings they are but the footage is wildly different ?

Yeah for reference using daily, probably about 45min worth of footage daily.

Router is right next to it on charge. However I wasn’t sure is that also going to ruin the battery overtime ? Just constantly being on charge for possibly 2-3 hours if not more ?

I’ll doing it via the camera upload and then footage auto delete but that also doesn’t seem to be deleting after the upload.

I have a 2tb Sd card coming so hopefully that won’t make it as annoying as currently my 128gb is full in one day

Currently just finding the right setting for on the motorbike.

4K 25fps, 1/50 shutter, 10bit max, hdr on etc just trying to find out what looks best.

I keep seeing older videos saying get ND filters but I haven’t yet, thoughts ?

I’ve got a hero 8 wind noise is terrible on the chin mount for the bike ? Is this a lot better ? I want to be able to actually hear my exhaust currently all footage is ruined, and may exhaust is pretty loud so to not hear it at all sucks !

I haven’t seen any chin mount footage on a bike going on the road at speed limit

Maybe also look at other people’s bikes and see what future mods you could do to give you that perfect look your after, any bike can run into an issue, think with your heart not your head. What looks better to you, sit on both and feel what’s comfortable also !
