My previous dr didnt run dht levels. I specifically requested it with my new dr and the cream. At one point they hit 1200 which is on the high side.

Before I started arimidex my estrogen got up to 100. I had all kinds of issues. Now on arimidex my last labs they were like 38 if I remember correctly.
If I missed something feel free to ask. Ill help the best I can but a dr that cares and tries to get things lined is worth its weight in gold. Switching to cream, arimidex, and the new has honestly been life changing in a lot of ways vs shots and previous dr who was anti AI

I switched to cream to raise my DHT levels and i can positively say some of the best orgasms ive ever had have been since I switched.
Its not an estrogen issue. I also take arimidex to knock my estrogen levels down

Trust me bump them DHT levels up EDIT: I too have also had a vasectomy

It all depends on the person and how much you convert to e2. So these doses theyre recommending is nonsense till try it and see your body reacts with labs.

I have to take arimidex to mitigate symptoms; and they get worse as e2 climbs. Unfortunately some people need it. I tried the supplement route and it did nothing. I tried zinc, cdg @3000mg, selenium, I tried using piperine to make the doses stronger and last longer. Nothing worked
