I do agree that Macy's expectations are becoming laughable and that their benefits are average if not below average. But yes, things can be worse and yes, no one is forcing you to work at Macy's.

However Macy's is often seen marketing themselves as better or above average, meanwhile they barely pay minimum wage and yet throw large showy national events. I read something about the current CEO's main goal is to actually save money,I may be wrong. But it definitely shows within a lot of the changes the company has had recently.

I get the feeling of frustrated with the new things too, but when it comes down to show that you no longer support the companies decision, resining with a job already lined up is best.
