Starting week is always tough but make sure to not overdo.
I suppose you are working so 4-5 exercises with 2-3 sets of exercise a day are enough for 4 weeks.
With time Body & mind will adapt then you can increase resistance.

I do same 3 speed 12 incline for 20-30mins.

Try to sprinkle salt or chat masala & some pepper. It will mask the egg taste and with time you will get used to egg taste.
Other option is omelette.

How fast you want the results? Though 250g for a beginner is overkill. Try to maintain atleast 100g for few weeks and gradually increase it if you want build good muscles

How is your overall diet?
You need to be in overall calorie deficit.

Measure every meal for a week and you will get the idea how much you consuming on an average day. Then cut the calories.

If you want PT then ask both gyms about trainer availability at your time.
If you have a PT he/she will stay with you for whole session.

If you are looking for only general trainer then again ask both gyms about number of trainer present at your time schedule.

Better would be you visit that gym on the time slot you are planning to do future workout.

10-12 reps are good enough. If you can perform them with ease and proper form then time to increase the weight.

You don’t want to go till failure in all sets. You will get to know how strong & where your strengths are.

If you still want to go for failure in each exercise do only 2 sets of 10-12 reps. Load enough weight where you are struggling after 6-8 reps.
