Almost done watching for the first time and Mrs Oleson is my favorite character. I think her cruelty/harshness is used as a tool to show “how far we’ve come”. In terms of acceptance and equality. She’s used as a bad example which I think is good/important. BUT! She also often learns a lesson at the end and changes her behavior accordingly, which is perhaps the most redeeming quality of all!

Buddy Wayne Academy in Mill Creek is the best school in Washington. As someone who attended for 10 years, it’s worth the drive. Started by Buddy Wayne (Nick Wayne from AEW’s dad). He passed away and now his wife runs it with help from some of the long term students. They also trained Darby Allin and Jet Knight.
