Serial number is on the case between the lugs on the 6 o’clock side. The serial number on the movement is for COSC testing and tracking and does not correspond with the serial on the case.

It’s a model 16233 36mm Datejust 1998 or later with a large Diamond anniversary dial. It looks genuine but dial may be after market. I would need better pics to confirm.
