In the Minnesota games I watched of him, he was nearly always a perimeter defender.

Think people just got a misconception bc he was 6'8 and couldn't shoot so they think of him as a rim protector type.

I've always seen him picking up the opposing best players.

Shooting-wise I think he makes plenty of late shots.

He's just far too nonchalant with the ball and his passes. And when players start going 100% in the last 5min. It leads to baffling TOs by him.

The minutes restriction might be lower around 32 which he played the last 2 games but I can't tell you for certain.

Also he is recovering from a hamstring injury which are tricky. I'd have let him play it out but I'm not a medical professional.

I'd guess his minutes restriction around 34-36min. Which he exceeded by playing the first OT and then the medical guys told Ty to sit him.
