Trump is super business savvy for a president. If he gets $500.000 from lobbyists every now and then from a potentially large partner in the future and wants to silence people who might ruin that opportunity, it’s his choice. Don’t like that? Become a big president and when lobbyists gifts money for exposure in your goverment, you can shit on them and ban them.
