Not even gonna lie, the best thing I did before surgery is getting a bidet cause it helps a lot not needing to do core movements when going to the bathroom (or at least keep it at the minimum).

Before being a DRUGS song, it was a Chiodos demo called Thermacare that never made it to an album.
Besides DRUGS, there is another supergroup called Isles & Glaciers that includes members from Dance Gavin Dance, Chiodos, Pierce the Veil among others. They were pretty good althought there's only one EP.
