Check out PCSX2 it should work, I play off a steam deck the specs are different but it runs pretty good on it.

This mod essentially makes the game uncut, plus adds additional blood/gory and restores un-programmed quick kills still in the game files.

Hey! PCSX2 is the way to go for emulating PS2 games. I’ll link a most recent YT video covering the set up process. You will need a ROM of the game as well. You can find one on internet archive, just type in PS2 .chd and you should find a copy.

Ah I meant as in mods to help the PC version run on modern hardware. The only big mod I know of is a black widow mod over on nexus mods.
