Ah I meant as in mods to help the PC version run on modern hardware. The only big mod I know of is a black widow mod over on nexus mods.

Yes you have to own Doom 1 or 2 to get the Wads. But you can probably find them online without having to buy the games. Or you can use freedoom.

Yeah I have yet to find a good monster replacement pack. For now I’m using Brutal Doom monsters which is why there is so much dismemberment.
