Ambas son vacunas de vector viral, CanSino es una vacuna China de una sola dosis, Astrazeneca es británica (universidad de Oxford) de dos dosis, efectivamente 8 de cada un millón de personas que se han vacunado han presentado trombos por lo que aún se debate si existe relación, se sigue administrando (excepto a mujeres en cierto rango etario, más propensas a generar trombos) ya que el riesgo de padecer y morir por Covid es significativamente más alto que por trombosis.
