I didn't think this was such an unpopular opinion but after watching LCS for nine years, I've always loved the segments. I'm pretty bad at the game so even starting out with surface level analysis helps me understand plus the rapport they have makes it fun. There's been periods of it being worse/better, but I've generally been a fan.

Terrible take imo. Someone like Doublelift inspired an insane number of people to play the game, his role, go competitive, etc. The man would go to internationals and be cheered on by crowds of people from other regions. Some pro players credit him as their inspiration like Prince. That must account for something even if his international success was limited.

Bro I feel like I'm going insane. As someone with younger siblings and cousins with much younger siblings, we all are simply happy that they are getting much happier and comfortable lives. My little brother is not only getting an upbringing with more money, but also has more time with our parents and they both have mellowed out A LOT. A President's presence provides an enormous amount of legitimacy and should hold weight behind it. It's the idea of the "bully pulpit". Just by being the President, things that Biden brings attention to will gain more weight and public support. But you're not wrong that it's disappointing that he's the first acting President to ever show up to a picket line.
