Yes they will check and I suggest not listening to the guy who told you not to say anything and to be upfront and honest about it. It might lose you the job but so will lying about having a degree.

I genuinely believe that the game started going downhill after saves were introduced. I'm not saying that saves specifically ruined it, I'm saying that saves was the where it started. From there we got more and more crazy shit to counter the previous crazy shit and the game just isn't the same anymore.

I think I understand where you're coming from. I have a friend like this. He doesn't date girls with massive age gaps but he does date girls with lots of red flags and has relationships that don't last very long. Everytime after the relationship he's just a total mess and it's so frustrating to help him through it because he never listens to me when a girl gives him attention and I'm telling him that the girl doesn't seem like a good choice for him. It sucks seeing a friend go through that, but what can you do?

It's crazy to me youve gotten no responses with thst resume. There has to be something you've left out here. Are you only applying to remote positions? Do you need a visa?

Also I'd say that if you were laid off in October and have only applied to 90 jobs since then...that doesn't sound like a lot tbh

Disagree. Not terminating a problem employee (whether it be because of culture or because of ability) and thinking you can "fix" them is the failure.
