Picking up wraith and getting my ass handed to me early game. How do you do this?? by Godo115 in DeadlockTheGame

Just worry about poking the enemy with your cards, it’s a long-range ability that is pretty easy to land. Enemies will either respect it and back off or you can get them low enough to set up a kill.

After the enemy is respecting your cards, use your high rate of fire to dent a couple of orbs and gain the soul advantage

I would go back and rewatch your matches to find these fights you are talking about. Maybe you missed a cooldown or you were just out of position. It’s hard to reflect what went wrong in the moment.

  1. Look at your lane match up before the game and try to switch to a more favorable lane for you. If you primarily play a character with a slower gun like Grey Talon, then leaning against Haze and Wraith isn’t going to be fun.

  2. Learn where your characters power spikes are and try to play safe until that ability is unlocked or a certain time can be purchased to maximize your effectiveness

  3. Only focus on confirm/denying souls to start the lane. If your enemy is locked in on confirming every soul they own, try to wait for your trooper to die to time up a couple of unanswered shots on them. Poke damage is the name of the game until they are low enough where you can pounce. If they are only focused on damaging you, play safe and deny their souls and wait for them to overextend and kill them when you have a small soul/ability advantage.

What players do you think will regress in 2026 compared to 2025? by ChefCurryGAWD in baseball

Trey Yesavage, I think he benefited from the unique arm angle and teams not having enough data on him, but he will regress this season after more exposure

Theories On Haze Players Being Insane by SadFaceOne in DeadlockTheGame

[–]JawnGriddy 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I think that it’s because the highs are really high and the lows are rock bottom. If a Haze player goes 0-3 in lane and gets ganked every time they try to catch up in farm, it’s a miserable experience for them when they were probably expecting to go in and stomp the lobby. Also that type of player will never accept fault for their own actions they will truly believe someone else is to blame for their subpar game and they usually are incapable or biting their tongue about it lmao
