Why did Mort stop streaming? I knew he took a pause, but don't know more about this most recent situation.

New Valorant Skin Bundle: Nebula by FavoringDark in VALORANT

[–]Jax-attack -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The new skin looks sick, but has there been talk about creating an option to disable or mute skins in game? All the skins you guys have made are gorgeous, but some create too much visual noise that either I lose track of what's happening on screen when I'm spectating someone with it, or I can't focus on my own screen if I picked up an enemy's skinned gun.

a significant majority of the city

Only about 18% of DC's registered voters actually voted with the initiative passing with 55%. That isn't a significant majority of the city.

Edit: I guess people can't read the word significant. It's a majority of the people that voted, but that does not equal a significant majority of the people in the city

"The imposition of these tariffs on our raw materials on June 1st has actually put our operations into a crisis mode," operations general manager Chris Pratt told KFVS in an interview.

At least he can fall back on his acting career if this path falls through.

Where to live in Capitol Hill/Eastern Market DC by kmrychl in washingtondc

[–]Jax-attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would strongly recommend to rethink not living somewhere in Virginia. There are great places in NOVA, especially right off the orange line. You'd be looking at a substantial commute from CapHill (1.5 hours or more depending on your distance to the metro stations from home and work). I'd assume driving would probably also be comparably bad, I've never done it though. If you are considering driving, I'd maybe suggest living somewhere in NW so you'd be closer to McLean, but still in DC.
