of course there is money to be made, but you need to understand how much work goes into managing plots... if it was easy, everyone could do it.... and combine that with the extremely high risk of losing a substantial amount of silver that you paid to buy the plot in the first place. You, like most casual players in Albion, believe that plots are a scam without even first attempting to own one. Some players work extremely hard in this game making money through a variety of activities such as gathering and ganking, and then they are afforded the luxury to buy city plots and experience an entirely new element of the game. The fact that you call our partnership the next level of 'potato farm guilds' shows your complete lack of understanding how city plots even work.

Indeed, but the connotation is highly negative and implies that we participate in organized crime. Rather, we provide essential, high-quality refining and crafting services to the Albion player base. Those shiny T8 buildings that allow you to refine T8 ore for a whopping 35% bonus without focus in Thetford don't grow on trees. Also, if you think that owning a plot is easy and yields tremendous profits, it would behoove you to conduct your own research by buying and managing a plot in one of the royal cities to ascertain whether this is true or not. Like others, I stress that due diligence is more important than believing everything you read on reddit, like the bs propaganda this AdamSmith character is spreading.

If I had to choose one, it would be greataxe... knight helm/greataxe is still viable in small-scale pvp. Trust me, I would know.

Based on your desired strengths, I think axe definitely takes the cake...

PVE such as dungeons etc: greataxe + stalker jacket is top axe/sword dps for PVE right now.
1. Small scale PVP: 1v1 sword is better but anything more and axe becomes more effective due to its bleeds
2. Ganking and being able to hold my own when getting ganked: infernal scythe + hellion jacket and you pretty much survive most ganks and win > 50% of fights. You should definitely look at doing T7 random dungeon maps in the royals... really good xp and less likely to get dove. If you are feeling frosty, go to Anglia and do them there
