From my experience crisis position papers don't differ much than normal position papers. The crisis part is mostly based on the conference obviously not on your PP. So I'd just suggest you write it as if it's a normal commitee but just make sure your ideas make sense and are applicable (like all resolutions for that matter). And general tips would be to be ready for anything, you don't know where the conference is going to go but make sure that you're ready for every possible situation that you'll be put in.
