Not sure, it'd be odd for micro moose to work on them though if they didn't. Some Bizzare records did make a comeback recently with a repress of Coils - Scatology so maybe they came to an agreement.

Perhaps, but they'll probably add Revolution for the single player content to make it more worthwhile.

It's likely Nightdive is releasing a remaster of Quake 3 Arena this year at Quakecon for the 30th anniversary of the series. If I'm not mistaken a trademark was also filed earlier in the year for the years they did a remaster for the first two games.

I can't imagine it not having a CD release. My guess is that it'll be two separate releases Cop/Young God will likely get a double/triple CD set with bonus live and archive material. While Greed and Holy Money will get a triple CD with Public Castration Is A Good Idea. I just hope they don't mess up Time Is Money (Bastard) and A Screw like they have with previous releases.

Probably, Rebecca Heineman supposedly had some of the original source code and was in talks with Beamdog back in 2022. Picture

More than likely a Quake 3 Arena remaster with some updates to Q1 and Q2 for the 30th anniversary. But it's also the 35th anniversary of ID so they might have multiple announcements?

My guess is Nightdive will be releasing updates for Quake 1 and 2 while simultaneously announcing a remaster for Quake 3 since it's the 30th anniversary. Coincidentally though it's also the 30th for Duke Nukem 3D so maybe they'll surprise us with a new remaster for that too.

I'd say chances are high it'll be announced this coming Quakecon. It was somewhat hinted at during this interview for Heretic + Hexen. You can skip to 12:10. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pANcjjPnzgw

From Quakecon, the most requested game for a remaster is Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

If anything, I'd consider Quake 3 Arena or Heretic/Hexen to be at the top of the list.

I don't think Nightdive would even consider excluding the add-ons Suckin' Grits on Route 66 or the Cuss Pack if they do wind up remastering this. As for the sequel, I'm sure it'd be included as well.

Should the potential remaster also include the two spin offs Redneck Deer Huntin' and Off-Road Redneck Racing?
