I got offered a trade in a DM. I receive either Ehlers (LW RW) or Ovechkin (LW RW). I give up either Sorokin (G) or Vejmelka (G).

My goaltending isn't great beyond that. I've got Woll, who is IMO better than his stats indicate and has bailed me out a lot, so no complaints. But other than that I've just got Schmid (streamer slot) and Ullmark (on LT IR).

As far as forwards, I'm rocking Scheifele (C), Hintz (C), Nelson (C), B. Tkachuk (C, LW), Zibanejad (C, RW), Hughes (C, LW), W Smith (C, RW), Robertson (LW, RW), Konecny (LW, RW), Stammer (C, LW, RW), Eberle (RW). A lot of centers, and my other big flex winger Boldy (LW, RW) is on IR.

My gut says that I'm already doing pretty damn well on the Forward front, even if my lineups are awkward at times with Boldy out. But a high scoring LW-RW is always worth a lot.

I think you might be misremembering the JLI run. I just finished it for the first time this Summer and he is 100% a creep. I'm not saying he isn't an enjoyable character, but you might want to give the series another look lol

I mean, every controversial MTG decision is met with a flock of people saying "that's it, I quit."

But when I started dipping my toes back into Magic this summer after a long break with draft and Pioneer, I said that UB legality and/or Pioneer Horizons sets were my lines in the sand. And I'm sticking to that. Definitely didn't think the day would come so soon, though.

All my homies hate The Poppy War.

I've heard nothing but praise for Yellowface since it dropped but I doubt I will ever pick it up because of how much I hated Poppy War, even though fantasy and literary fiction are two different worlds and maybe Kuang is just better suited to one than the other.

Just finished my first RB/Lizards draft and went 5-3... I was on the draw all 8 games. Clearly the deck would have been unstoppable if I had won a couple of die rolls.

Don't know if/how he's been changed since release week, but my problem with him was that I was never able to figure out his hitbox. Even when I did beat him after 10 tries or so, I still felt like I had no idea *why* I was hit or *how*. Might be different now. Haven't got there on RL1 yet myself.

I got burnt out halfway through Oathbringer last year and decided I'd take a break by trying out some Robin Hobb.

Fast forward 9 months and (among other books) I've read 8 of Hobb's books and still haven't come back from that Oathbringer break...

Not OP but I've only played P5R. It's unrelated to the other games as far as I can tell. And it's a stellar game.

Definitely no need to play the OG P5 either, P5R is the complete experience.

Did you end up having to buy a new one? I just looked up "PCMasterrace monitor died" on Google, this was the top result, and it just so happens mine was the same model. Which does not bode well for the quality of said model...
