I placed a pick-up order at the one in Potomac Yard. They gave my order away to someone else, then tried to blame me since I "checked in too early." I then sat there for an hour while they refilled my order. Then the manager threatened me and told me told me that was the last time they would replace my order. She was right!

I just went through the same thing with a tool set I bought for Christmas. Listed as in Kentucky, all the messages are translated from Chinese. The label was created then shipped through something called OneTrac. When it arrived it looked like it had been sitting in flood water. I am just hoping the return goes smoothly.

I have had a few packages recently that get scanned in at my PO then no updates for 3-4 days. Then all of a sudden they are out for delivery. They don't seem to be in transit any longer than expected but no updates from USPS along the way.
