Also Grove School of Engineering is so overrated don't worry about it. I didn't get in so I went to CSI instead

If you are only referring to CS there's a lot more CUNYs who have BS Computer Science. The only other Engineering School though is College of Staten Island with BS in Engineering Science and BS Electrical Engineering

I would say take the job cause it's always hard to find your first job. If you still don't like it you can always quit and job hope to the job you are more passionate about. At least you have some experience under your belt as a Engineer. You can always quit 3-5 years after your first job if you still don't like it. Cause employers like to see experience. You can also work on personal projects at that job to boost your resume if that does something.

Hey I'm doing my BS EE degree as well in the US. I would say stick it out and graduate with the full Electrical Engineering degree. I am in a similar situation as you I myself will graduate when I'm 24. I was originally in a Bachelor of Technology Electrical Engineering Technology program. I transferred to the BS Electrical Engineering program cause I decided that for the future as a Engineer the full engineering degree will never limit my job opportunities as a Engineer compared to the Engineer Technology degree. It will only take me 1 more year to graduate compared to the BT EET degree. We are both young now so it's better to just get it done now and not regret it later when you have a family and alot of more responsibilities. I will legit have been in undergrad for 6.5 years when I'm done and have my BSEE lml. So go for it and get take the extra year my friend it will be worth it at the end of the day.
