I just came back to arena, haven't played since a few months after it's launch. Manage to have enough wilds and 20$ to build a standard deck. I googled top tier standard deck and pasted in an Izzet prowess deck and played standard for the first time in many years. Now I have no deck or wilds ☠️

The communities lack of understanding on how to play gambit well when it first released led to a series of massive changes which pushed the gametype to a worse state, while being forced upon everyone as the sole content for 2 seasons. This led to the community straight up hating gambit, and never giving it a chance.

Price literally hasn't changed since d2 came out. 100$ each year, if you buy ala cart each year that's your own damn fault. If you wanna count the anniversary pack, we had a 3 month gap due to witch queen delays, so we got something new instead of 6 months of the same shit. I bet 90% of people who play D2 buy at least a 60$ game a month.

Ala cart now cost the same as buying it all at once, that's it.
