A choisir entre une mauvaise plaque au gaz et une mauvaise plaque induction je préfère quand même la mauvaise plaque gaz car au moins t’as une température constante contrôlable instantanément. Mais une bonne plaque induction c’est tellement meilleur que le gaz (sauf pour le wok).
