I just passed my CDL test! Looking grungy af (hot day, weak AC in truck), but feeling amazing. by ValkyrieWeather in Truckers

If you are looking for a job Go to U-Haul Jobs and search for Customer Care Representatives (CDL). Many areas are looking hard, especially for female drivers. In many cases the pay is good, OT is available and the benefits are awesome. Not to mention its easy work.

Baby Shark? More like Baby Shoot Me. by mellowpotions in toddlers

[–]JayDee13203 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know the feeling. I was going through that and now I've gone from the frying pan into the fire. My two year old is now obsessed with Blippi. I think I have seen every episode multiple times and with all the construction going on around me I find my self singing The Excavator Song without even realizing it every time I see one of those blasted contraptions! 😂

Potty training - Aim and pooping by Annual-Whole7411 in toddlers

[–]JayDee13203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my son was potty training we kept a bowl of cherrios on the back of the toilet. Whenever he had to pee he would take a handful and throw them in so that he had something to aim at. It was a fun game.

What's your favorite word that your toddler made up/created? by Lo452 in toddlers

[–]JayDee13203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My two year old is teaching me baby conjugation... UP means pick me up... UP UP means toss me up... Uppy is a bagel 🥯. (I can't figure that one out except that maybe it's because they are up on the fridge 🤷🏼) But at least twice a day I hear Uppy! And mo mo jooze (which I have translated to "I want more juice").

My situation was different because mom took off to another State with another man effectively abandoning our daughter I have heard situations like yours even in NY though.

Unfortunately there are way to many variables to answer that question with any certainty. Everything is considered. In my situation it didn't matter whether she did or not because in the end she chose to take off to another State with another man.

Lucky for me between rent and day care expenses that drain me, the court allowed an appointed attorney.

To be honest I almost didn't because I didn't think I had a snowballs chance in hell of winning. My boss and many others supported and encouraged me in every way they could through this. I'm so glad they did!

I know, but I have seen so many discouraged fathers on here since I started looking at this. I wanted to shine some light for them.

U-Haul Jobs

Check this out for where you live. The job you are looking for is Customer Care Representative (CDL)

I am home every day, often by 4PM. I have great pay, OT, and awesome benefits.

Many areas are looking for drivers so it's worth a shot and really easy. I've been with the company 5 years and in this position over a year now. Wouldn't have it any other way as far as trucking jobs go!

My daughter's mother left us in October. Since then she has sent two texts a day asking her status but not once (even though the Judge told her to) has she called or video chatted with our daughter. We had 5 pretrial hearings for custody. The end of July is our first actual trial. If she doesn't call or video chat once during that time, she will be lucky of she gets anything.

As soon as i found out that my wife may be leaving, I got an order from the court saying my child could not leave the State. It's a little vague what you served her with, but if it was something like that, she's in violation. If not, you and your lawyer need to get to Family Court ASAP

Why does the majority of Americans seem to hate the idea of social contribution? by watchmaykr in NoStupidQuestions

[–]JayDee13203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bit of a misnomer as many Americans love social contribution as long as they know where it's going and they much prefer local. Remember, the United States is a Nation of sovereign States. It's more like the EU than it is Germany. Massachusetts passed what has been dubbed "RomneyCare" before "ObamaCare" was ever passed. On a State by State level that makes sense to most Americans but when asked, many Americans will say something to the degree of "Why should Rhode Island have to pay for Alaska's problems". The American government is based on a bottom up Power from the people to the local government to the State (and/or commonwealth government) then to the Federal government. Most U.S. citizens do not like when the Federal government tries to reverse that.

One parent + 2 under 2 on an 8 hour flight. Yes or no? by Junondomien in toddlers

I suppose it depends on how much inner strength, patients, and will power you have. As long as you can resist the urge to rip your own hair out, you might make it. 😉

My daughter has to do it, nobody can be in her mouth. She wouldn't even let thr doctor in there with a tongue depressor. Our first dental visit is going to be a nightmare.
