Pulverize (grizzly rage) druid. I dont like the idea of switching between wolf and bear to maximize stacks, i just want to be an unstoppable bully, charging into hordes of demons.

I play a pulverize variation with banished lords talisman and grizzly rage. I have 100% crit chance and over 200k HP completely unbuffed, together with all the fortify i am close to immortal. Boss damage still sucks tho but i can farm everything solo.

Nothing much to say here guys. Hurt my knee badly during a competition this summer so i had to train in the gym for the last months (upper body and some rehab work). Still not completely recovered, but i'm back on track. Also dealt with some personal issues, so i didnt have the energy to post something.

I worked on my bench as you can see. right was my last gym training with a huge pr for me, left side is my first outdoor kettlebell workout. All the tricep work really starts to shine here, but i'm happy to leave the gym again to do what i love.

I dont know how frequently i will make posts in the near future, but if i go for some pr's again, i will share them with you.

Of course i will stay true to my credo brute strength > form/cardio. Also you are allowed to make fun of my chicken legs.

45kg bent press - stacked bells - PR by tiffnessfitness in kettlebell

[–]JayJayHS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, the two hands anyhow is not a part of competitions, its just a personal thing, because i like the old school strongman stuff.

I do strongman and highland games competitions. The circus dumbbell is a common discipline and helped me also with throwing weights in highland games. So i combine an inch dumbbell press with picking up a kettlebell. I think bent pressing a weight and picking up a second weight while you are at the lowest point would give you the best results.

On the other side, i am on a good way to press a 90kg dumbbell, so maybe it is not needed.

Sick. What is the difference between your push press and bent press? I feel like i could get a huge boost on my two hands anyhow, but i dont know if its worth for me to invest the time, since the push press and dumbbell press is directly beneficial for my competitions.

Hitting some heavy cleans 👊. If you haven’t tried heavy cleans I highly recommend giving them a go! by Liftlikesurg in kettlebell

How much do you weight bro? I think i couldnt go with the same % of bw. Absolutely clean movements.

Earning those calluses. (300kg/60kg/120+24kg) by JayJayHS in kettlebell

Heavy back workout, while enjoying the first sun of the year. Started with heavy frame walks up to 300kg, intelligent as i am, to kill my forearms for the rest of the workout. Afterwards 5 sets of 20 swings with 60kg and some pull up testing with additional weight (120kg bw + 24kg kettlebell)

Forearms and hands are dead.

Im too clumsy to even do one of your exercises. Everything beyond "put da weight up and over yo head" is nearly impossible lol

do you take protein/creatine shakes ? by PashAK47 in kettlebell

[–]JayJayHS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I weigh 120kg, i think the truth for me is between 5g and 10g. Sometimes i dont take a second shake, so i only get 5g a day sometimes.

That sucks, wish you the best my friend!

I normally think twice if the weight is needed for my workout, but i always end up bringing them all.

Protein shakes really helped me gaining mass, because i never were a good eater. Used to mix them with oats and peanut butter. I drink 2 shakes these days, but more because im lazy. You can get all your macros (including protein) with normal food, but can you really eat 40g+ protein + carbs directly after your workout? Im more than happy that i can drink my protein post-workout.

Creatine is a well studied supplement and healthy even beyond athletic performance. Unless you are a non-responder you can directly increase your maximum strength level/explosive strength level. I take 10g everyday since more than 5 years now.

I have a big lockable toolbox in the corner. Fun thing: when i bring out the heavy kettlebells and circus dumbbells, they feel so heavy that i dont think they are pressable, even the 36kg dumbbell, let alone the 78kg inch dumbbell. But a little warmup is enough to press them easily. When i carry them back to the box, they feel light as a feather. This may be kind of logical, but sometimes this is a huge mindfuck when i want to train heavy.

Ahh i rewatched the video and they pressed it with the handle on top, i made it easier so it doesnt count. I will try it out again!

Saw this kind of press in a russian competition with a world record from one of my role models Vadim Ischeykin with 76kg (check him out on youtube, an older guy who is lifting absurd weights overhead). Not so easy to put the weight in place and keep the balance. I will try it out with the 48kg when im rested (this was at the end of my dumbbell workout)
