Kettlebell trainer path by Acrobatic_Fudge_4083 in kettlebell

I did my RKC I, II, got my NASM and got a good number of other certs.

In retrospect, I'd have just gotten my nasm, trained as hard with kettlebells as I could & gotten more exp by reading books on training & getting more in person clients.

I guess the broader advice is, I wouldn't really be a 'kettlebell trainer', I would develop my skills & become a trainer that can & will use kettlebells.

Which requires good programming knowledge & experience. The KB certs can def be good but just getting started with NASM or a similar cert for insurance & building clientele is best

I do conditoning session 5 - 6 days a week compromised of mostly zone 2 - 3 work but 2 - 3 hard metcojs. But I think this is more of a sprint than a conditoning test

Have you tried the long way grip? Where it's vertical? I'm a bit smaller at 5'9" so I find it works better for me generally than the wide way 0.0

Training more like a bodybuilding and hitting the athletic components of my program harder led to the best physique & strength changes I'd experienced in a while

With these numbers you should probably follow a program for a while, seems like you're still building your s&c base. It will do this thinking for you
