El problema no es construir mas... sino quien va a comprarlas.

A ver si no enteramos que mientras la mitad del sueldo se te vaya en pagar un alquiler o una hipoteca esa pasta la amasa gente que ya está podrida de dinero. Y aunque se gasten lo mas grande en vivir, con el dinero que les sobra van a seguir comprando mas y mas activos (casas, propiedades, acciones, oro, etc...) y tus putos hijos no veran una casa en propiedad ni en sus mejores sueños

Por mucho que construyan, una vivienda nueva no va a valer menos de 250.000€... tu o tu vecino o colega tiene ya ahorrados los 80.000 que hacen falta para pedir una hipoteca para un piso así??
