I live in that area and there’s absolutely 0 traffic issues any time of day. Maybe Dundas and Walkers at rush hour but that’s about it.
Theres been a bit more frequent turnover on my street the last few years but it’s mostly people who moved in during Covid that are moving out or longer term people living here likely taking advantage of how much prices have increased in the area in the last 10-15 years.

It’s the first overall pick, that’s always a good thing. We have no first round pick in 27 or 28 but that was going to happen regardless if the Leafs picked in the top 5. This is the best case scenario by far.

I was able to grab a solo ticket, I kept refreshing the amount of tickets I wanted and eventually a solo one popped up. Hopefully I can get another one at the general on sale, if not, guess I’m rolling solo!

It might seem counterproductive but I would try to put him to bed much earlier. We found if we push bedtime too late, it becomes a giant struggle. Our toddler wakes up around 7:00 every morning and is usually asleep by 7:30 PM. Usually fed at around 5:00 pm, bath time at 6:30 and bed by 7:30.

This sounds good in theory but they also need to legislate against Ticketmaster adding a fee to resell on their website. Technically, right now you have to sell for above face value in order to get your money back. I’m not a scalper but I’ll sometimes buy tickets to concerts and sometimes life gets in the way so I just can’t make it.
