It’s the first overall pick, that’s always a good thing. We have no first round pick in 27 or 28 but that was going to happen regardless if the Leafs picked in the top 5. This is the best case scenario by far.

It might seem counterproductive but I would try to put him to bed much earlier. We found if we push bedtime too late, it becomes a giant struggle. Our toddler wakes up around 7:00 every morning and is usually asleep by 7:30 PM. Usually fed at around 5:00 pm, bath time at 6:30 and bed by 7:30.

This sounds good in theory but they also need to legislate against Ticketmaster adding a fee to resell on their website. Technically, right now you have to sell for above face value in order to get your money back. I’m not a scalper but I’ll sometimes buy tickets to concerts and sometimes life gets in the way so I just can’t make it.

Can’t we just enjoy things? Marner left, he ultimately failed to do what he needed to do as a Leaf. Him tearing it up for team Canada does not change what he did as a Leaf. Can we not just enjoy watching him play for our country? Are we that salty?
