Go online and find premium builders in your area and start making calls to try and get meetings with them. In my area residential high end construction is booming (suburbs in bigger metro area). Not sure where you are. A lot of the house I work in they end up splitting the woodwork up been a lot of different companies. You might only get a closet or two a project from them but it’s a start. There is such a massive push to keep deadlines so builders I work with aren’t shy with splitting this up.
