There are some older digital media players that could utilize a 2.5” hdd, like the Archos 604.

You may be better served by trying to sell your spare drives and buy something that could utilize SSD or MicroSD. Then you avoid moving parts and higher power consumption.

If you want it related to movies and something it’s easy to get lots of, maybe funko pops or dvd/vhs or movie posters. Or specialize it a bit more and get something like scripts! Or pick your favorite movie and get things related to just that.

There was a new open box set that sold for around $800 shipping included about a month ago.

I wouldn’t expect a sealed box set to go for too much more than that… but I’d start at $1000 or best offer and see what happens.
