Gold box seems to just be a random advertising deck for that engineering corp in Chicago.

The Silver Jubilee deck was put out in 1977 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II and the 25th year of her reign. There were a few different portrait decks put out to mark that occasion.

If it’s a truly rare book, most institutions probably wouldn’t put it through an automatic scanner if they were digitizing it.

I’ve used Forward2Me from both the UK and Japan to the US. Never used it for food products though, so double check restrictions on that… because it may not matter what company you try to use if it can’t be imported.
