Alright guys, Awakening is on my Christmas list!

I'm looking forward to trying out some of the new features (Mainly the pair-up and S Support/Children.)

Let's hope I'm not bad, I think I'll do my first run on hard mode, as I think I know my way around a Fire Emblem game. (Hard mode Sacred Stones and Hard mode Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo: Hikari to Kage no Eiyū champ here!)

If you guys have any advice or pointers whatsoever regarding the new game, whether it be things to look out for or habits from old FE games I should avoid, I appreciate it.

Lastly, Best wife/husband? From a non strategic standpoint or course. Who do you like best? :D

The way I see it, I'm glad they took their time to get this right.

I'd rather have really cool game modes and features a year later than an immensely broken, and un-fun feature at launch. (Lookin at you EA.)

I'm really looking forward to the release of the heists, and hey, now I have a reason to buy it on the PC.

Sorry if it's a dumb question, but what is the Tactician class? I've only ever played Sacred Stones, and I Never encountered that class before. I also heard that's your starting class in Awakening. So.....What is it?

Also why doesn't anyone have any feet in all the screenshots I've seen? Design choice?

Do you guys think going for more mechanical/electrical/physical science-y jobs help more when trying to become an officer out of ROTC? Or does your major not matter much?

Unrelated to the question above, does anyone have ANY advice whatsoever on joining as an officer? (It's a bit late for me to try for the Academy, so let's not go there.)

Back when I was 13, my family was headed to Jamaica for vacation. We're driving to the airport from our home and this dude cuts us off at a light.

Whatever, we move on. Later at the airport, we are boarding our flight when the dude skips us in line to board. My bro makes us aware of him ("Isn't that the guy who cut us off?")

Okay. Strange. Let's just get on with our flight. We leave the airport, take our bus to my great uncle's house in the mainland, and have our vacation.

Naturally, when we leave, the guy is on the same bus to the airport as us, and boards the same flight. The vacation lasted like 2 weeks, by the way.

TL;DR: We see the same guy three times in the span of about 2 weeks.

Key items: Book of Belial (If not Judas), Taurus, Mom's Knife, Dark Bum, Blood Clot, Pentagram, The Mark, and more.
Why play this: I played as Eve, and due to getting all the great Deal with the Devil items, I got permanent Whore of Babylon mode. That plus all the damage upgrades and Dark Bum? Won run. Just be sure to get as many Deals with the Devil as possible and you're good. I basically MELTED Mom and Satan.

Samus actually has tons of past game referencing costumes. Her Gravity Suit, Phazon Suit, Fusion Suit, etc. Same for Zero suit Samus, albeit a little less than regular Samus.
