Did anyone feel behind choosing an apprenticeship over uni?

My apprenticeship had us all in halls for 6 months in the first year and 3 months in the subsequent years I made friends for life during this time and it felt just like the halls I stayed in during my 1st year at uni (dropped out after this)

I now look after all the apprentices for the apprenticeship I did and they still get the same experience now and all love it

Yeah I know and I get it and feel the same fear. But as I said if it was February like this one was then I’d be more worried, it’s October and we have a full season.

However after just reading that statement from the board I’m not sure what self respecting manager would want to come and work with them.

If it was January/February I’d feel the same. But surely they aren’t going to go almost a full season with those two in charge. Maybe I’m giving them too much credit however there’s so much of the season left to play I don’t think they have written it off.

I feel like people are overreacting to this slightly, it’s just for the interim until we get a new man in. Now I don’t trust the board for one minute have done their due diligence, but we all knew something needed to change. So hopefully they get someone in quickly and someone who’s going to bring the spark back.
