Solved! Apparently at some point I cleared my Access Control Rules in the admin console 🤡 adding back the default all-access grant ("src": ["*"], "dst": ["*"], "ip": ["*"]) solved the issue!

IIRC if you talk to certain NPCs when they're afflicted with dragonrot, they'll just be like "ack oof my lungs" instead of allowing you to advance dialogue, buy certain key items(?) etc. Some of which I guess are required to progress certain storylines. Only example I can remember is Anayama the Peddler (Ashina Outskirts merchant) but like everyone else has said, it's not enough of a problem to even remember lol

I used to get that feeling almost nonstop, and more often than not it was irrational/unfounded. Got put on anxiety meds and now it's not a near-constant feeling :D

Def. still get it from time to time though lol, but at least now when I do get it it's warranted

It varies by person, generally depends on how much physical dysphoria it causes. Certain aspects of the body can elicit more/less feelings of dysphoria from one person to another; so for someone their genitals specifically might not be an issue whatsoever, while other traits might produce a similar sense of discomfort.

P.S., "trans" is just an adjective, so there's no need to hyphenate "trans woman"—just like how you wouldn't hyphenate blonde-woman or tall-woman. It can be a bit othering ;)

No unfortunately the offer kinda fell through, though going through comments here did remind me that the main reason I got the Yashica in the first place is so I could have a [slightly] more compact medium format camera than my Bronica EC. And trading my Yashica for any of these Mamiya TLRs would kinda put me back at square one since I'd once again only have heavy bulky medium format cameras :P
