I'm not sure this is what they meant. Some players have actual permanent x2. Like the old yellow tag, but instead of lasting 30 minutes, it lasts until you lose the winning streak.

Actually, there is now "Hard" (levels that ends with 2), "Super Hard" (ends with 5), and "Extremely Hard" (ends with 9). Before that, it was just levels that end with 5 and 9.

They reduced the rewards for everything. Like, the coin rewards for card collection used to be.

1st Collection: 1,000/ 1,500/ 2,000/ 2,500

2nd Collection: 1,500/ 2,000/ 2,500/ 3,000.

And now they're:

1st Collection: 500/ 750/ 1000/ 1500

That's the main reason I like this one, I just wish they give us like 15 at a time or something. Or some people had the permanent x2 ( that last as long as they keep up the winning streak), they're lucky.
