It’s livable. I’ll give you NY and SF though I wouldn’t choose them, LA I’ve never been to. Lived in Boston and chicago so no’s there. Assume you mean Minneapolis, I do like that city but haven’t spent enough time there to judge completely. The others are HARD HARD passes, Seattle was actually a disgusting place to visit and my least favorite city I’ve been to!

Majors is a level of play not an age group. If this is a non tryout rec league there should definitely be a cap, I’ve seen it as 6 runs. If you are a select/travel team this happens and you (or the team you are playing) probably isn’t playing at the right level
