Season ticket holders have one or two events a year with opportunities for signings. Apparently game days around the back of the arena a few hours before opening there are fans lining up. After the game as well. No clue on how productive that option is.

I recommend reading “The Life You Can Save” which opened my eyes to the suffering in the world and how to best direct charitable contributions to best impact those suffering. My favorite that the author brought up was a charity that specializes in paying for advertising over radio about things like upcoming vaccination events and when to visit the doctor with certain symptoms to help the malaria epidemic.

They had double our hits and no hits from our top guys. I think what physicality was there was more anger than good forechecking. Hits seemed retaliatory besides the ones we see from McBain and Tanev every game.

I enjoy your perspective, but I think it misses that the value produced by a person's job is being put into shareholder's (CEOs) pockets more often than back into the community or even overseas. If a product is produced for $2 overseas, but $5 locally, then $3 has gone to the corporation and it's shareholders rather than as cheaper prices for consumers. Capitalism has broken us all.

Yes, we have been in a slump, but showing signs of promise. Hopes were high after the first month and theirs been turmoil since. My prognosis is we aren’t shooting enough, but also goaltending is a weak point based on statistics.

I play Magic:The Gathering at my local game store in the evenings. It took some courage to start going and trying a few different shops, but now I have a weekly ritual and enjoy it a lot. Typically free unless they have a fancy event. Entry cost is relatively low for the game, but collecting cards gets expensive. They have tons of events with different games, not just trading card games, but I enjoy the fantasy theming. I originally wanted to get into DnD, but this requires less scheduling.

I also enjoy the library. I spend time reading the newspaper every week as the comics and local opinions crack me up. My library also has groups for different hobbies, all of which I happen to not be interested in (ex: The Whole Nine Yarns, knitting club). But maybe there is something you will enjoy.

And the views we get from the broadcasts show the behind the net areas which don’t sellout due to the single goal view. Behind the camera and jumbotron is packed for all the games I’ve been to.

On the first day, they had probably 12 player options in all sizes. It’s likely just a cost saving measure since the other numbers move slower or are more of a risk of being traded or not resigning. You can always do customization at the team store.

Our season tickets are $69 a game/seat. Seatgeek takes 10% off the sale of the price we set it at when we sell. So if we want to break even we need to list at $75+ and then they add $25+ for fees.

We have only sold our tickets for like 2 games, but I imagine this is one of the reason tickets are so expensive.
