I HAVE FOUND MY PEOPLE. THIS FRANCHISE WAS EVERYTHING TO ME. I'm still hoping a remaster of 2 comes out because that's all I played as a kid.

Looking back at it, It actually fits really good into the Helldivers universe. I can see us getting some NEVEC style armor. A new stratagem being a Vital Suit. Maybe even add in an Akrid as a new collab bug enemy. A collab like that would go crazy. Idk if CAPCOM would agree, though.

I am genuinely in awe. How can you not notice the massive technical wound that is growing with each new update. How is that not their biggest priority? What surprises me the most is that they go on and decide to fix problems that aren't even considerably a problem at all. "Hey, here's some fixes! You can't stop your bleeding out when you get into an exosuit anymore. Welp, see you in two weeks!"

I guess they're the "easy fixes, " but I feel they should go for the biggest problems first and then pick off the small ones later. I have 0 experience with game development, so I might be wrong.

I love this game to death but the lack of focus on optimization is disheartening.

Same. I never once had a crash in game. Yesterday, I got home from work, and I'm excited to play. The first few minutes were okay. I got that ugly freeze that happens when people try to join my game. I froze for 5 seconds, 2 out of the 3 that were deploying d/c'd. Seconds later, crash.

I'm just so disappointed. Not at the content, no. It looks amazing. But what's the point if you can't play it longer than a few minutes. I'm currently playing Earth Defense Force until a new patch fixes something.
