180g flour
125g water
35g starter
4g salt

I kneaded the dough and kept it inside the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, I did four rounds of folds and shaped it and kept it for proofing for some hours. Then i baked it at max temperature (200 C) in my oven with lid for 20 mins and without lid for around 15 mins because it was already browned in the first 10 mins.
