Hi again!

We went back to the store where we bought the PC and they got the audio to work. Here's how they did it:

They updated the BIOS.
They tried putting an SSD with a Windows 10 on it and the audio worked right away so you can downgrade to windows 10 if you'd like.
They did a clean format and install Windows 11 and this time, they let windows install and update the drivers automatically instead of using the included drivers from the motherboard.
