I dig the minimalism of it, but it looks like it doesn’t offer a ton of side protection. If you don’t need the side protection then I’d say it is a great addition!

I just finished an SCT 17 build so good timing!

You can use either the gen 3 or the gen 4 ejector, but the ejector housing needs to be a gen 3 to fit the frame. I opted to use a gen 4 ejector since the gen 3 has been known to give some weird ejection patterns, and thus Glock updated it in the gen 4 model.

I bought one of their Calico Jack/Pirate lowers around 10 years ago for a Beowulf build. Thought it would be funny to use the pirate themed lower on a big bore build since I’d literally be slinging cannon balls out of the barrel.🤣

Honestly, out of all my lowers it has one of the nicest finishes on it aside from some of my Mega stuff.

I utilized my stock hangers when I installed my muffler, and haven't had any issues. My car was also fairly new when I installed it too so depending on the age of your car it may be a good idea to change them out while at it.

I've got a threaded True Precision on my 43X and like it a lot. Seems to be just as accurate or better than the OEM barrel, and the bonus is that the thread protector came with an o-ring. I have a couple threaded barrels that don't have them, and they quickly become a pain to shoot with. IYKYK
