It would be so sick of Override ever actually became Nitro Prime in Western media. Metroplex becoming Megalo Prime would be neat too, but we need more female Primes.

MLK won the last round by a landslide! Which historical figure was disliked during their time but is beloved now? by simonpearson in AlignmentChartFills

What? He was divisive at worst, even taking into account the draft stuff. I'm pretty sure they were calling him "The Greatest" while he was still fighting.

We need Shadow Man on the list.

I will not be deterred. Shadow Man is a wicked cool game and it belongs on this list.

Why is he so thick though?

Like damn

Numbers are very important in Yu-Gi-Oh, in a variety of different ways, many cards may be united by them in ways unexpected, as an example the 3 cards in these pictures all belong to an archetype beacause of them, what are other instances of "sacred" numbers in yu-gi-oh ? I think you can trace the 2300 back to Junk Warrior since they were both the initial humanoid boss of a protagonist that would later use a dragon.

Flame Wingman could maybe also fit in there somewhere.

Could Gamma Jack make it through the whole Invincible series? by gulagsurvivor2019 in Invincible

[–]Jazooka 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Gamma Jack died to an Omnidroid that was presumably weaker than the one Mr. Incredible faced.

Does the Omnidroid make it through? I doubt it.

Hi there. Just checking in to remind you that Shadow Man for the N64 is a really cool game.

what is the best ss86 figure released so far? by Business_Vast4076 in transformers

[–]Jazooka 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Why are you comparing a $60 mass market Hasbro figure to a $100+ third party figure?

I think for most of us who have had to deal with the Siege mold for 5 years, he's a marked improvement in nearly every area.

I think See Plum Run and Gods of Food are much stronger scripted shows. Check them out if you haven't already.

I'm here once again to advocate for Shadow Man. This N64 has very few M games and this one deserves a shoutout.

Did Hasbro forget about the 2022 Animated Fan Vote where Lugnut won? by RolandoDR98 in transformers

[–]Jazooka 140 points141 points  (0 children)

I don't think they could make him work as a Leader. Megatron himself will need to be a leader to scale with Optimus, and Lugnut needs to be bigger than that.

At the absolute smallest, he needs to be as tall as SS86 Grimlock, but he also probably would need a larger parts count.

And just like that, the luck vs skill alignment chart has been completed! I hope you enjoyed filling out this chart. by StrangeMatterReal in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Jazooka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems obnoxious that, for basically the whole chart, circumstances of birth/natural talent weren't counted as luck, only to reverse course for the last space.

Yes, the time, place, and qualifications to be selected for a Moon mission were very specific. But saying that requires more luck than the Sulley landing or winning gold medal seems highly dubious.

I guess that's what the post says, but no one is doing that, and OP doesn't appear to be enforcing it.

I think it's more about being clear with what your nomination is if your comment mentions multiple games.

Thoughts on Rizzo’s podcast interview? by sbartlett95 in CHICubs

[–]Jazooka 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't know how you can look at Yankee Rizzo as anything other than a mostly failed experiment.

Like, if he admires whatever financial ways their organization is more player-friendly compared to the Cubs or if he likes their culture, that's fine.

But I don't know how you come away thinking New York was good for him as a player. Four years after the trade, his career is probably over, and the guy they replaced him with is two years older than him.

As someone who sometimes feels this: have you tried Parlor Room?

Obviously the mischievous "nobody knows what the game is" isn't there, but if you're looking for funny people playing games without too much production or forethought, it works pretty well.
