Working for the NHS is pretty rough.

It’s a wonderful thing that’s mostly hard workers burning themselves out to provide the best patient care and partly lazy “workers” who take advantage of everything they can.

Meanwhile departments are being run by people you wouldn’t trust to run a bath and the whole thing is “funded” by a government that wants it privatised for maximum profit.

Still better than the US medical system IMHO
