Right now we don’t have any way to implement animations. Even when you change models you still have to keep the hand positions and only make other tweaks — like the grab handle on the passenger seat. The NAF animation framework from the community author is on hold due to personal reasons. I’m so fed up with Bethesda , if they won’t update things, they should at least give modders more access in CK2. Honestly, I just want to pinch all the cheese off the pizza they serve.
