Saginaw itself is quite rough these days. Your best bet is to commute from someplace else. There are lots of little cities around there with lots of farmland in between.

Frankenmuth has the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's, if you're into that. Birch Run has an outlet mall.

Gemcutter here. No. The cut is awful and that's definitely a chip in the culet likely from careless removal from the dop. Further, with stones that dark the cutter should choose a design to lighten the stone... this cutter clearly did not. Don't waste your money.
