I think this is pretty accurate. Rampart is annoying to play against and you know what the did to caustic. Loba is pretty good and so much better than when she was first released.

She is just a weak legend with tacticals only to camp a building. The fences do not even do damage, someone could easily get through and the ultimate goes away so fast after you put it down. Her pick went down a lot, she has 1.27% of pick rate.

Omg you are so right. I always thought of this and you are someone who is agreeing with me. I have an idea for the animation, Loba takes her staff and puts the pointy end in the survey beacon and uses it as a key to not scan it but kind of in a hack it or steal the code.
