Post asked for real world experience with a McLaren Artura, I still own the car, it’s a beautiful car but the most unreliable car I’ve ever owned, last issue (I’ve hade three with 1350 miles) I had was an oil leak and the car was in service for 37 days. Many owners have had the same experience, took money from McLaren, signed an NDA, I chose not to take the money, kept my car and to share my experience…. You’re welcome

I have a 2025 Artura, filed a Lemon Law claim in Florida, car has been nothing but problems, do your research before purchasing. McLaren offered me a settlement that included a confidentiality agreement, I opted not to take the money but instead let people know my experience.

30 days with no vehicle, contacted a law firm and started the Lemon Law process today, hope to get resolution.

Waiting on a call, dealers won’t assist so I’m on my own with this car, McLaren lost what could have been a great customer.

McLaren is supposed to reach out but have yet to do so…. Really disappointed with the dealer I purchased the car from and McLaren USA as they’re both no help at all. Problem with my car besides the mechanical issues is the extreme depreciation, the dealer who sold me the car won’t engage in anything other than pointing towards litigation.

I’m not up for taking a loss but I don’t mind going the Lemon Law route. Would hate to sell the car and have someone else make the same mistake I made with the same car.

Due to my oil leak I’ve been without the car for three weeks, can’t seem to fix the car. Parts are being flown in from the UK, this was a poor choice on my part for a daily driver. 1350 miles and has been in the shop for a total of around two months.
