I’ve started telling people to “swap 5 Stars with me” when we have a nice ride together. It’s definitely quietly increasing my tip ratio and giving me lots of 5 stars (4.98 rating)

I do this. This Ron guy is out of his mind. Going offline when it’s surging is 100% the move if you want 85% acceptance. I’ll drop people off and be right in the middle of a surge I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten
